WEST RESTAURANT LAUNCHES NEW SPRING THREE COURSE MENU

Posted on 29th APRIL 2018

West Restaurant + Bar, celebrating 18 years at its iconic Granville Street address, has proudly established itself as one of the city’s leading dining rooms. Executive Chef Bobby Milheron helms the kitchen today and continues the tradition of supporting local and peak-of-the-season ingredients to showcase his cooking and ultimately West’s regionally focused, contemporary menus. To celebrate the arrival of spring, Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Pastry Chef Maxime Sander have created the restaurant’s first seasonal prix fixe menu featuring a three-course dinner – from shoots to sorbet – for just $39 per person!
