Appeal Your Property Tax Assessment

The deadline to appeal your 2025 BC property tax assessment is January 31st, 2025. As a valued member of the South Granville BIA, you have access to a complimentary review of your 2025 property tax assessments through Deloitte LLP’s Property Tax department.

Deloitte is offering to work with South Granville BIA members on a contingency basis, meaning they will only charge a percentage of successful tax recoveries. If they advise against appealing or are unable to recover taxes, there will be no fee.

Their services include:

  • Complimentary review of commercial and residential real estate holdings across Canada before the January 31st deadline.

  • Filing appeals on your behalf.

  • Representation and advocacy at the review panel and appeal board stages.

  • Assistance with Development Potential Relief Fund (DPRP) applications.
