Join the Vancouver Employer Feedback Forum, hosted by the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC). This interactive session brings employers and key community and workforce partners together to share real-world experiences, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for stronger workforce integration.

The Forum is designed as an open, practical conversation rather than a presentation. Through a World Café-style format, participants will take part in small-group discussions, rotate between conversations, and hear perspectives from employers across sectors. You will explore what is changing in today’s workforce, what employers are experiencing, and what solutions or opportunities may be worth exploring.

Your experience as an employer is an important part of the conversation. Whether your organization has extensive experience hiring immigrant talent or is newer to working with internationally trained and newcomer professionals, your perspective can help build a better understanding of the realities employers are navigating.
