How this Serves Your Business
The "Linger" Strategy: From the Plaza Premiere Opening Party to VMO Pop Classics, our activations turn "pass-through" traffic into "stay-and-play" visitors who shop and dine.
We have optimized our newly built public plaza pods to be liquor-permitted and pedestrian-friendly. Our goal is to convert "pass-through" traffic into "stay-and-play" customers for your businesses.
Once construction is finalized, all full-time street parking and transit access points are fully operational. We are messaging this heavily to the public to remove any previous "construction-era" barriers to visiting the district.
After FIFA, strategically placed street banners will improve wayfinding along Granville Street, guiding drivers effortlessly to nearby parking.
